Peter Martin
Vice Chairman of FocusPoint International and the Global CEO of the Dalton Group of Companies Inc.
As a business leader and current international security practitioner, Mr. Martin has worked extensively in the Global Security & Crisis Response markets for over 27 years. Prior to joining FocusPoint, Peter’s career has included time as a Correctional Services Officer, Close Quarter Weapons / Use of Force Instructor, Security Contractor, and EVP of Corporate Security for the world’s largest cash logistics company operating in 187 countries worldwide. Beyond his experience in the international security industry, he is a recognized subject matter expert in crisis management, use of force, threat/risk assessment, personal and physical security measures.
Mr. Martin is a graduate of the Niagara College Law & Security Administration Program with honors and holds advanced certifications in Corporate Finance from the New York Institute of Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions from the International Investment Banking Institute and is currently enrolled in the Harvard Advanced Executive Education Program. He also maintains active memberships in the Department of State Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC), the International Security Management Association (ISMA) and the Young President Organization (YPO).

Rob Shuster
Vice President of Protective Services and Training
Prior to joining AFIMAC, Mr. Shuster spent most of his 30 year career with a global leader in uniform security and investigations services. There, he held various positions including: executive protection detail leader, director of training, vice president of corporate development and senior vice president of the asset protection team.
Mr. Shuster is a respected expert in security practices and training related to crisis management and response, labor disputes, close protection operations, special event security, security awareness programs, evasive & defensive driving, and executive protection program design. He has written corporate security articles and white papers, and has lectured for many noted organizations including the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), the International Society of Special Event Planners, the Young Presidents Organization, Penn State University, the Tactical Response Association and the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Mr. Shuster has also served two (2) four year terms on the private security advisory board for the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services. |
